TÜV SÜD South Asia has launched the e-mobility training mobile lab. The training offers professional development for technicians, engineers, and responders to manage high voltage systems in the advancing Electric Vehicle (EV) field. The lab was inaugurated by TÜV SÜD CEO Simon Lemin, Senior VP Vishal Nerurkar, Robert Kees, and Jorg Schemat.
TÜV SÜD e-mobility training programmes
TÜV SÜD offers a range of specialised EV training programmes, including:
- E-mobility course level 1: safe handling of high voltage systems in motor vehicles
- E-mobility course level 2: qualified electrician for HV systems in motor vehicles
- E-Mobility course level 3: live working for qualified electricians for HV systems in motor vehicles
Training lab enhances knowledge for EV industry
These programmes increase the participants’ knowledge regarding safe working near high voltage, correct usage for PPE’s, and improve the knowledge of their components in EV. The lab is useful for organizations that have no EV infrastructure and for people who want to enhance their understanding of e-mobility in the progressive automotive industry.
