Ingersoll Rand, known globally for its expertise in critical flow creation and industrial technologies, has restructured its executive leadership to support its long-term growth strategy and enhance local operations in India. The company’s Board of Directors has appointed Sunil Khanduja as the Managing Director for Ingersoll Rand (India) Limited, effective from 12th November 2024 through 11th November 2029. This leadership move is set to reinforce Ingersoll Rand’s commitment to delivering value across its Indian market.
Khanduja will lead the company’s Compression Systems & Services business in India, a key segment in Ingersoll Rand’s industrial solutions portfolio. His extensive experience within Ingersoll Rand, including his prior role as Business Head for a prominent vertical in India and as Director of operations for EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa), positions him well for this role. In these capacities, he played an instrumental role in scaling business growth, strengthening supply chains, and achieving operational efficiencies across global facilities and warehouses.
Khanduja’s leadership aligns with Ingersoll Rand’s strategic objective to serve regional needs through a “local for local” approach. Commenting on his new position, Khanduja highlighted, “Our focus on regional innovation and customer needs supports Ingersoll Rand’s global goals. By enhancing our presence in India, we aim to foster growth and create value for our stakeholders.”
