This solution offers over 2,000 size variations, advanced Zertivo 2.0 coating, and enhanced tool life. It eliminates the need for multiple specialised drills, making manufacturing more efficient and cost-effective.
Improved performance and efficiency
The CoroDrill® Dura 462 is built for precision and adaptability, offering excellent positional accuracy across diverse materials and component sizes. The newly developed Zertivo 2.0 coating extends tool life, enhances wear resistance, and allows for higher cutting speeds without performance loss.
Early trials have demonstrated up to 110 per cent productivity gains and significantly extended tool life compared to competing solutions.
