KSB Limited reports 9.3% sales surge in Q2 2024

KSB Limited has reported significant growth in its Q2 2024 financial results, showcasing a 9.3% increase in sales revenue, reaching INR 646 crores compared to INR 591.3 crores in Q2 2023. This growth is primarily driven by strong performance in the distillery and vegetable oil sectors, alongside prestigious new orders.

The Valves division achieved record sales of INR 106.2 crores in Q2 and the highest order intake for H1, worth INR 231.5 crores. The TSG Regulation Audit conducted by CESI for the China export market resulted in no significant observations. Additionally, spare parts for more products like MEGA and MEGACHEM have been added to the E2E Webshop, enhancing online ordering capabilities. KSB also received approval for its mechanical seals from significant customers.

Key orders include INR 8.6 crores for FGD pumps for Gujarat State Electricity Corp. (GSECL) in Wanakbori, INR 8.6 crores for a combined cycle power plant in Alexandroupolis, Greece, and INR 6.1 crores for an Abu Dhabi Waste-to-Energy Power Plant. Another order worth INR 6.3 crores was secured for wastewater applications.

KSB Limited’s Nuclear Projects Division at the Shirwal Plant received the distinguished ISO 19443:2018 certification, marking a significant achievement in the pump industry.
Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Prashant Kumar, commented, “With a 9.3% increase in sales revenue compared to Q2 2023, our growth momentum remains strong in Q2 2024. This growth is driven by significant order inflows from various segments.”
