Jasmino Corporation Pvt. Ltd. has purchased the German firms HAW Lining and GBT Buecolit. This has placed Jasmino as the third largest global supplier of complete heavy duty industrial anti corrosion lining systems.
The acquisition of HAW and GBT represents a major turning point in Jasmino’s international expansion plan, according to Adheesh Ramani, CEO of Jasmino Co-operation. It increases Jasmino’s capabilities of offering total single-source solutions for any type of industrial constructions starting from design to construction and commissioning of the projects.
HAW Lining, a Rubber Linings company, has been at the forefront of eradicating industrial corrosion for more than a century and a quarter. It also has direct connection to one of the largest equipment production factories in Europe and has the largest anti corrosive lining shop floor globally. It has access to one of Europe’s biggest equipment production facilities as well as the largest anti-corrosive lining shop floor in the world.
One of Germany’s top providers of heavy-duty corrosion protection, GBT Buecolit focuses on turnkey systems, plastic lining, and coatings. GBT has operating subsidiaries in the countries of Belgium, France, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and Jordan besides Poland and the Netherlands. This purchase enables Jasmino to expand the capacity of its engineering and technical personnel and expand its position in Europe.
The company has also earned global recognition through its specialist division; the Jasmino engineering. Jasmino has stepped up its technological enhancements as well as expanded its income base by diversifying the product range. This has enabled it to sustain a leader’s role in corrosion prevention through the latest technology.
