One company that has always been at the forefront of innovation is Jyoti CNC Automation. And what has added to the excitement this year is that its CMD, PG Jadeja, is also the president of IMTMA, the organisers behind IMTEX 2017.

Jyoti CNC Automation had taken up a large space at the new Hall 4 and displayed its range of machines. The company anticipates growth in terms of volume from the automobile, aerospace, die and moulds, and pumps and valves industries.
At IMTEX, it launched the first ever CNC multi -tasking machine in India. It has been designed and manufactured in India and caters to sophisticated industrial segments like aerospace, energy, automotive and medical. The CNC has the capability to machine some of the bigger complicated components and interestingly, is fit to machine sophisticated equipment like landing gear of aircraft.

The company has a 90-member-plus strong team at its R&D centre who work closely with the company. With more customers seeking complete solutions, the days of selling vanilla machines is passé.

Jyoti’s NX series is a heavy duty double column machining centre ideal for multi-axis heavy machining through wide gap maintained between two columns. The rigid and heavy structure design of NX series has a great table capacity of 10 tonnes. Machine has various options for milling head. Z-axis is hydraulically counter balanced for smooth motion during machine movement. NX series is specially used in the applications of complex work-piece such as injection moulds, forging dies, and large plates to keep pace with growing market application.
